Nexby ("we", "us", "our") operates the 2x48 mobile application (the "App"). This page explains how information may be collected and used when you use our App.
1.1 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, certain information may be automatically collected by third-party services used in the App.
Advertising ID: Google AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve advertisements. This is a resettable, anonymous identifier provided by your device's operating system.
Ad interaction data: Advertisement impressions, views, and clicks may be recorded by Google AdMob.
Technical device information: Device model, operating system version, screen resolution, and language settings may be collected by Google AdMob for advertising compatibility and delivery.
1.2 Purchase Information
If you choose to make an in-app purchase (such as removing ads), the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive, access, or store payment card details, billing addresses, or financial information. We only receive confirmation that a purchase has been completed.
1.3 Locally Stored Data
The App stores certain data locally on your device in order to function properly, including:
Game progress and high scores
Board state for continuing saved games
User preferences (such as theme and language settings)
Ad display timing information used to control ad frequency
This information is stored locally on your device using Android storage mechanisms and is not transmitted to our servers.
1.4 Google Play Games Data
The App uses Google Play Games Services to provide online leaderboard functionality. When you use the App, the following data may be processed by Google Play Games Services:
Google Play Games profile name: Your public display name is shown on the leaderboard and may be visible to other players.
Game scores: Your best scores for each game mode are submitted to Google Play Games Services for leaderboard ranking.
Player ID: A unique, anonymous identifier assigned by Google Play Games Services is used to track your leaderboard position.
This data is managed entirely by Google on their servers. We do not operate, control, or have direct access to any external servers. Google Play Games Services may automatically sign you in using the Google account configured on your device.
We do NOT collect or store the following information:
Name, email address, or phone number
Precise or approximate location information
Photos, camera data, microphone input, or file access
Login credentials (the App does not require manual login or registration; Google Play Games Services uses your existing device Google account automatically)
Browsing history or activity in other apps
Health, financial, biometric, or contact data
The App uses the following third-party services:
3.1 Google AdMob (Advertising)
The App displays advertisements using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and advertisement interaction data.

You can control or reset your Advertising ID through your device's privacy settings.
3.2 Google Play Billing (Purchases)
In-app purchases are processed using Google Play Billing. All payment data is handled by Google Play according to their policies.
3.3 Google Play Games Services (Leaderboards)
The App uses Google Play Games Services to provide global online leaderboards. Your best scores are automatically submitted to Google Play Games Services using your Google Play Games profile. Your public display name and scores may be visible to other players on the leaderboard.
You can control your leaderboard visibility through the Google Play Games privacy settings on your device. Setting your game activity to private will prevent other players from seeing your scores.

3.4 Google Play In-App Review
The App may prompt you to rate the application using Google Play's In-App Review API. No personal data is collected by us through this process.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Data may only be processed by the third-party services listed above for the purposes of:
Advertisement delivery (Google AdMob)
Purchase processing (Google Play Billing)
Online leaderboard functionality (Google Play Games Services)
App rating prompts (Google Play In-App Review)
We take reasonable steps to protect information. Any network communication used by the App relies on secure HTTPS connections. Data stored locally is kept in the App's private storage area protected by the Android operating system. Backup of application data via ADB is disabled to prevent unauthorized data extraction.
This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by revising the effective date and publishing the updated policy.
The App may display banner advertisements and interstitial advertisements. Interstitial ads may appear at natural transition points such as restarting a game or returning to the main menu. Ads are not shown during active gameplay.
Users may choose to remove advertisements by purchasing the "Go Premium" option through Google Play.
The App requires the following permissions:
INTERNET – Required for loading advertisements, processing purchases, and communicating with Google Play Games Services for leaderboard functionality.
BILLING – Required for Google Play in-app purchases.
The App does not request access to camera, microphone, location, contacts, or storage.
You may:
Reset or disable your Advertising ID in your device settings
Delete local game data by clearing the App data or uninstalling the App
Control your Google Play Games leaderboard visibility by adjusting your game activity privacy settings (Settings → Google → Play Games → Privacy)
View your Google Play Games profile and manage your data through the Google Play Games app on your device
