1. What is Kaipi?

2. Who is Kaipi for?
• Kaipi is perfect for people moving frequently, home storage, office inventory, or emergency preparedness.
3. Do I need to buy stickers to use Kaipi?
• No! Kaipi generates QR codes that you can print or display on your phone.
Using the App
4. How do I scan a QR code?
• Open Kaipi, go to the scanning option, and point your camera at the QR code.
5. How do I add a new box?
• Tap the “Add Box” button, enter details, and save. A QR code will be generated automatically.
6. Can I rename a box?
• Yes, go to the box details and select “Edit” to change the name.
7. How do I move an item from one box to another?
• Open the item details, select “Move,” and choose the destination box.
8. Can I track expiration dates for items?
• Yes! When adding an item, you can set an expiration date, and Kaipi will remind you before it expires.

9. How many boxes can I use for free?
• You can create up to 7 boxes for free.
10. How can I get more boxes?
• You can purchase additional boxes or subscribe for unlimited boxes in the app.
11. Is there a refund policy?
• Purchases follow the refund policies of the App Store. Please check their policies for details.

12. Do I need an account to use Kaipi?
• Yes, you can sign in by providing a username and an email.
13. What happens if I delete the app? Will I lose my data?
• No, your data is saved in the cloud. When you reinstall and log in, your information will be restored.
14. I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the recovery option, click “Forgot password” on the login screen.

15. The app is crashing. What should I do?
• Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, update to the latest version or reinstall it.
16. I can’t scan a QR code. What’s wrong?
• Make sure your camera has permission to access Kaipi. Also, check if the QR code is visible and well-lit and if it's a Kaipi QR.
17. My items disappeared. How can I recover them?
• Check if you’re logged into the correct account. If you still have issues, contact support.
18. Does Kaipi work offline?
• It works offline, but syncing and backups require an internet connection.
