Use the 'Plot Data Logs' tab and view the history of perfusion pO2 to determine if it is a transient, chronic or acute oxygen issue

If transient/fluctuating allow the device time to recover pO2
If chronic consider stoping the perfusion for 5 seconds and restarting or cold flushing the liver
If acute, consider stopping the perfusion for 5 seconds then restarting
