TERMS OF USE

By downloading or using Tap Master: Touch Assistant ("the App"), you agree to

these Terms of Use.

1. LICENSE

The App is licensed, not sold, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard End

User License Agreement (EULA).

2. APP FUNCTIONALITY AND SCOPE

The App is a productivity utility with a built-in browser and a timed tap tool

that operates only inside the App's own interface.

The App does not automate, control, or interact with other installed applications,

games, the iOS system interface, or external browsers such as Safari or Chrome.

3. PERMITTED USE

You may use the App for lawful productivity and testing purposes within the App's

built-in browser, in compliance with applicable laws and third-party website terms.

4. RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

• Use the App to cheat, exploit, or gain unfair advantage in third-party games or

  services

• Use the App to automate or control software outside the App

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Reverse engineer or redistribute the App except where permitted by law

5. IN-APP PURCHASES — FEATURE UNLOCK ONLY

Premium access is sold through Apple In-App Purchase:

• Weekly Premium (auto-renewable subscription)

• Monthly Premium (auto-renewable subscription)

• Yearly Premium (auto-renewable subscription)

• Lifetime Access (one-time, non-consumable purchase)

Premium unlocks app features on your device, including access to the main browser

screen, the auto-tap target, and the control panel. Premium does NOT include

downloadable content, streaming media, cloud storage, credits, or access to

external online services operated by the developer.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the

end of the current period. Manage subscriptions in Apple Account Settings.

Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Refunds follow Apple's App Store policies and applicable law.

6. NO WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE

COMPATIBILITY WITH ALL WEBSITES OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES

ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

8. CHANGES

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. App updates are distributed

through the App Store only.
