The Northern California Educational Leadership Consortium (NorCal ELC) provides ongoing professional learning and support for schools engaged in equity-centered improvement projects that increase student outcomes. We began in 2020 as the Shasta Geo Region provider for the 21st Century Californai School Leadership Academy program funded by the California Department of Education. NorCal ELC is guided by an essential question drawn from the 21CSLA Vision Statement. 

Abeo School Change originally established in 1998 as the Coalition of Essential Schools Northwest Center (CESNW) partners with NorCal ELC to bring Professional Learning Sessions for participants.
