Create member note
In the note box write; $100 Myzone Belt Split Payment Plan - Part One $50
Set ACTION to "Charge"
Set VALUE to $50
Set STATUS to "pending"
Press the tick button then the green SAVE button
Update the date in the orange box to what has been arrange with member
Leave calendar note to follow up payment approved on the date above
Once approved mark as PAID IN FULL with the date in PPI MYZONE Belt Register document saved to desktop.

Set 30 day expiry date, explain the form to member.
Member and staff sign/date.
Set up the Myzone WITH member, download Myzone app.
Belt Number: Located on back of box or back of device.
Once account created, explain how to use the app to member.
Fill form in the GREEN weekly booklet to be followed up in 30 days PLUS set a calendar reminder in 30 days.
Update PPI Belt Register document; saved to desktop.
Member #, name and belt number.
Once 30 days completed update drop box - paid/returned etc.
Mark paid on form and fill in filling draw named "completed forms".
