We offer gift vouchers that can be purchased in two ways: in-person at the gym or online. These vouchers can be used towards memberships, classes, or personal training sessions.
Purchase Process:
A person attends the gym and requests a gift voucher for a specific membership length, number of classes, or personal training sessions.
Charge the customer through the Purchases Tab.
Provide the customer with a hard copy gift voucher, which should be in stock at the gym.
Selling Gift Vouchers
Offer Gift Vouchers Online
Members can buy them through the members app or Gymflow website portal, just like memberships and products.
From The Members App
They navigate to the Shop section in the Member App or on your club's website.
They select the Gift Vouchers from the menu.
They input the desired amount and complete the purchase.
From The Website
They navigate to the Gift Voucher menu
They input the desired amount and complete the purchase.
The voucher code will be sent the purchaser via email immediately after purchase.
Selling Gift Vouchers from the Staff Portal
Go to the Sales tab.
Search for the user you want to sell the voucher to.
Select Gift Voucher.
Enter the voucher amount.
Choose a payment method.
Click Take payment.
Redeeming Gift Vouchers
Voucher Purchased Confirmation
When purchasing a Gift Voucher the purchaser will be emailed a voucher code and a unique redemption link.
Redeem Voucher - Using Link
From the email simply click the redemption link and follow the prompts to redeem the voucher.
The redeemer will need to an account with 24fit.
Redeem Voucher - Using Voucher Code
If you prefer to give the code to a person to redeem you can do so and they can still redeem online or via the members app.
Sign/Register into either the Members App or Customer Portal
Head to the Profile Page > Payment Methods
Find and press the “Top Up” button
Enter your voucher code and hit “Top Up”
Once redeemed, the voucher amount is added to your wallet and instantly available for spending.
Tracking Redemptions
To see a history of all gift vouchers sold and their redemption status.
Go to Settings
Navigate to the Gift Voucher tab
Click on the Sold Gift Vouchers Tab
From here, you can see a history of all gift vouchers purchased, their redemption status, and details of who redeemed them and when.
Topping Up A Wallet
User wallets can be topped up one of two ways:
Top up with Gift Voucher - Member
Prerequisites: the member needs to have a Gift Voucher. If someone gives the member a Gift Voucher, they will have had shared a code. The code is then used to redeem your voucher.
Sign into either the Staff Portal, Members App or Customer Portal
Head to the users Profile Page > Payment Methods
Find and press the “Top Up” button
Enter the voucher code and hit “Top Up”
Top Up With Payment
Sign into either the Members App or Customer Portal
Head to the Profile Page > Payment Methods
Find and press the “Top Up” button
Select “Using Payment Method“

User Wallets
Learn about users wallets and how to utilise them.
What are wallets?
Wallets holds funds for a user to spend on any product and services at your 24fit, they are topped up most commonly by Gift Vouchers but can also be topped up with a payment.
How do they work?
Wallets work similar to regular payment methods, at the checkout staff and customers can see their wallet balance and opt to use it to partial pay or pay in full for their item (if they have enough in their wallet).
Wallet Use Cases
Outside of a wallets primary function to allow Gift Vouchers to be redeemed and spent.
Wallet can also be used to:
Give a member a financial reward or incentive e.g referral reward
Used to pre-pay upcoming recurring membership payments
How to pay with wallet?
At the checkout:
At checkout, locate Wallet Balance
Enter the amount to deduct from the wallet.
Click Take payment to complete the transaction.
