Once you have signed up someone in person, please go through the app set up process with them.
Pass them the laptop to create and confirm a password under the profile section in Gymflow.
Download the 24fit AUS app.
Select location > type out the location rather than '24fit' e.g. Norwood.
Sign in/ sign up > login with their email and their password they created.
Once logged in > profile > access > enable locations > enable bluetooth > make primary device.
Favourite their location and navigate themselves around the app.
Show them how to enter the gym with their phone - all phones are different so make sure to test out swiping with phone off/ swiping with phone on/ unlock button and educate the member on what's appropriate for their phone.

Educate them on troubleshooting:
Most problems: head to profile > access > enable bluetooth/ location and make primary device.
If the swipe doesn't work just open the app and go profile > access to enable anything that has been switched off.
If they have swiped out of the app/ cleared it from their background, they just need to open it back up for it to restart
If the app doesn't enable them to change primary device, head to their gymflow profile > visits > reset access. This will then enable them to make it their primary device.
Reset access shouldn't be used often as it deletes their history, however if it's necessary then okay to use.
In Gymflow head to Visits > select Set Up Access. This will create a Kisi profile.
In Kisi:
Users > search member via email.
Credentials > add credentials > scan at reader > search place > search door > scan KT.
Assigns and activate the KT.
