Non-urgent covers: Use the ‘Offer Shift’ function in Deputy. If no one accepts, inform your manager.

Use the Requests links in the Knowledge Library and update the Communications Booklet to avoid duplicates.
Staff aren’t expected to read messages outside of their staffed hours, so please be patient with responses. This new system will help us stay connected, organised, and focused on what matters most - supporting our teams and members.
Special note for MCV & NWD: You’re the two gyms that don’t have all staff in Deputy. Keep an additional WhatsApp chat for PT updates may be necessary, but otherwise, use Deputy for all communications.
