1. Information We Collect

• Account information (only if you sign in via the Warp Gate to buy or gift characters): the email address and display name provided by Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, and a unique account ID.

• App data tied to your account: which characters you own, which characters are equipped, and your currently selected character.

• No account is required to use the core chill screen — it works fully offline with no sign-in.

• We do not collect payment card details — purchases are processed entirely by the App Store / Google Play.

• We do not use advertising or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to let you sign in across sessions, remember which characters you own and use, and allow our support/ops staff to verify or gift a purchase if you contact us for help.

3. Third-Party Services

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database storage (Firestore, hosted in Seoul, South Korea) for your account and app data.

• Cloudflare — hosts character music files; downloads require your signed-in account to be verified first.

• Apple / Google — sign-in providers and payment processors for in-app purchases.

4. Data Retention

We keep your account data until you delete your account, or until you request deletion.

5. Your Rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete your data at any time.

To delete your account and all associated data immediately and permanently, use the in-app "Delete account" option in the app menu. You may also contact us at admin@221bstudio.com to request account deletion.

6. Children

This app is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
