SECTION SCHEDULES & SPACE AVAILABILITY

CHIPMUNKS (ages 4-5) - Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:15pm (Space Available)

BEAVERS (ages 5-7) -Tuesdays, 6:00 - 7:15pm (Waitlist)

CUBS (ages 8-10) - Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:45pm (Waitlist)

SCOUTS (ages 11-14) - Wednesdays, 6:30 - 8:00pm (Waitlist)

VENTURERS (ages 15-17) - Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:00pm (Space Available)

MEDICAL VENTURERS (ages 15-17) - Mondays, 7:00 - 9:00pm (Space Available)

ROVERS (ages 18-25) - Arranges own meetings (Space Available)

NOTE 1: If a Section becomes full and you would like your name to be placed "IN PRIORITY" on the WAITING LIST, just follow the registration instructions below (you can add your name to the waitlist at any time).

NOTE 2: If the a Section becomes full, your child may be able to register if a parent volunteers to help out at the meetings (approximately 6 hours of on-line training is required) - please indicate your willingness to help out at meetings by emailing us right away at 21capilano@gmail.com.

If you would like to try out a few of our regular meetings, check the meeting dates on our CALENDAR OF EVENTS (at the bottom of the "Home" page) and then complete the Trial Request Form (Click Here) .

TO REGISTER

For "Early Bird" registration fee discounts, you must register on-line by midnight by the Early Bird deadline (see our 'Fees & Key Dates' page).

You must register from a Canadian IP address (the system will not work outside of Canada)

If you are joining as a new Leader or Rover (18 & older), please email 21capilano@gmail.com and we send you special instructions to register.

TO REGISTER A YOUTH (17 & younger), A PARENT NEEDS TO FOLLOW THESE STEPS CAREFULLY:

Go to www.myscouts.ca;
Sign into your own personal account (if you have not set up your own account, or have forgotten you account information, click on "I Want To Register My Child" & enter your email address and click OK then follow the instructions to create an account for yourself before you register either your child);
When you are signed into your account, click on the green "Register My Child" button;
Go to the very bottom of the page & click on "LET'S GET STARTED";
Click on the name of an existing child or add a new child;
Ensure that all "contact", "medical", "emergency" & other information is entered correctly & is up-to-date for each child;
Once all the information is correctly entered, click the green button "Select a Group" and enter this postal code: V7R 1Z3;
Then click on "See All Groups", then scroll down the page (just below the map) until you see "21st CAPILANO SCOUT GROUP", and then click on Select This Group (or click on Waitlist My Child to be placed IN PRIORITY on the waiting list);
If you are willing to help out at meetings, be sure to email us at 21capilano@gmail.com to let us know;
If you need to change any information at a later date, simply sign into your account at any time & update the registration information.
