FEES & KEY DATES

YOUTH REGISTRATION FEES - 2026-27 SCOUTING YEAR
Fees are for membership through to August 31st, 2027

$235  Apr 15 - May 30:  EARLY BIRD discounted fees for returning members
Scouts Canada is changing the registration back to April (instead of September) for the 2026-27 scouting year, as it has been prior to Covid. They are also doing a one time special reduction of fees for returning members only due to registration time period adjustments.

$335  Jun 1 - Sep 30:  Registration opens to new members

$375  Oct 1 - Nov 30:  Fees paid between Oct 1 & Nov 30

$300  Dec 1 - Mar 31:  Fees paid between Dec 1 & Mar 31

$210  Apr 1 - Aug 31:  Fees paid between Apr 1 & Aug  31

MEMBERSHIP SUBSIDIES (registration fees)

To apply for a membership fee subsidy, click on the "Apply For Subsidy" button when registering your child.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Refund eligibility will depend on whether the member is new/lapsed or renewing, as well as registration date. Refund requests received outside the following timelines cannot be processed.

New or lapsed members:

• For registrations completed on or before Sep 15, 2026:  Refund requests must be received by Oct 15, 2026

• For registrations completed after Sep 15, 2026:  Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the registration date

Existing member renewals:

• For renewals completed on or before Jan 1, 2027:  Refund requests must be received by Jan 31, 2027

• For renewals completed after Jan 1, 2027:  Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the renewal date
