Other popcorn forms are provided to each youth at the Popcorn Kick-off meetings in September. If you did not receive your popcorn package, please contact your Section Head Scouter.
All your door-to-door sales must be entered on-line by the deadline shown on the "Popcorn Instruction Sheet". CLICK HERE TO ENTER YOUR SALES AMOUNTS. Participants can also enter their interim sales just prior to each weekly meeting to win possible prizes at the meetings.
There are great number of incentive rewards for selling popcorn. Please refer to the incentives rewards sheet that is given out with the Popcorn fundraiser details (the rewards sheet can also be downloaded from the PROGRAMS-DOCUMENTS).
Rewards will be given out at the last meeting before the Christmas break in mid December (after the popcorn orders are delivered by the youth to their customers).
Please choose your reward(s) from the green sheet on or before November 30th (and party rewards by January 31st) by clicking on the following link. If you have not chosen your rewards, you will automatically be given a Walmart gift card and be scheduled for any party rewards that you qualify for.

Most of the popcorn product for the door-to-door sales will be available at the end of November, however, if customers would like some popcorn sooner, we may be able to supply some popcorn items earlier (keep in mind that some of our popcorn stock may be out and we need to keep enough supplies for the mall sales). The general pick-up for popcorn orders is near the end of November and will be scheduled on the Calendar of Events.
We have set up some selling times at Mall locations for group sales (the schedule for mall selling is available on MEMBERS EVENT SIGN-UP page).
Please note that any popcorn product that you pick up early can not be returned (except for the sales at malls). Payment for any stock picked up early must be made by the fundraiser deadline when you hand in all of your forms (all your popcorn sales must be on your final order forms -refer to your pink sheet for details). If order forms are not turned in by the due date, they cannot be processed.
