Some important points to remember:
Cub Scouts earn badges during meetings but should be encouraged to earn additional badges on their own at home (refer to MEMBERS-YOUTH pages for Cubs);
parents/guardians should encourage their youth to pack for camps on their own using the "Camp Packing List" provided for each camp.
remember that any parent staying overnight at a camp must complete the on-line "Safe Scouting For Parents" course (see Parent Screening on the PARENTS page.
