Original registrant’s full name and Agent ID
New registrant’s full name
New registrant’s Agent ID (if applicable)
New registrant’s SMD Name
New registrant’s email address
Which Breakout Session ( English or Chinese)
(If applicable) Will you transfer the Leadership Session Ticket? Yes/No
We will process it once we receive the information within two business days, and a confirmation email will be sent to the original and the new registrants.
The responsibility for arranging payment for the ticket lies between the original ticket holder and the new ticket holder.
Transfer request must be received by January 11th, 2026, 11:59 PM PST.
