For the grade 8-10 qualification tournaments the deadline to register is the Saturday prior to the start of the event.
For the T2 event which is by invitation the deadline will be 1 month before the start of the event
Teams can preregister to take the pressure off and then just confirm seeding by email

All costs for officiating, gym rental, coaches/officials rooms, tournament balls, individual tournaments shirts, championship banners and all awards/hardware. We may still have some Jumplete socks for optional purchase - limited supply

How many berths does each zone get for the qualification tournaments and when will we know?

Once the host schools are entered into the draw the remaining berths are determined by a berthing ratio - no berths are given for performance/opinion etc. Strictly by numbers. If zones can not fill their berths then they are distributed to zones based on the berthing ratio.
We hope to get this information out by mid October so zones can organize playoffs and we can determine if any zones will not fulfull bids. If you know your top 4 you will be good normally.
