Payment can be made in person at Riverside on the day of the tournament. Cash, debit, Mastercard, Visa, and AMEX are accepted.
U15 and U19 players will be combined into a single pool. U15 players will start with a 10 point head start and first serve in all games. The head start will be applied in the group stage only.
Format: Group stage, ABC waterfall bracket or round robin. Each player is guaranteed at least 2 games per event.
Waterfall: Each player will play 3 games
Lose first game = C bracket
Win first game, lose second game = B side bracket
Group stage: Each player will play all other players in their group
Final group ranking will be based on number of games won
Top 2 players in each group advance to elimination bracket
Round robin: Each player will play all other players
Final ranking based on number of games won
Coaching certificates are not required for this event. Players are permitted to have a coach/coaches of their choosing during matches. All coaches must follow club and tournament rules. In the case of misconduct, coaches may be ejected at the discretion of club staff.
Cash prizes will be awarded to winners, finalists (2nd place) and 3rd place finishers in each event. Additionally, prize raffle entries will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place finishers in each event. See below for prize raffle details.
Games start @ 10am. Warm-up courts open @ 9:30am.
Saturday: All group stage matches, main draw and consolation brackets up to semi final, GD rounds 1-3
BS round 1, followed by GS round 1, followed by BD round 1, followed by GD round 1, followed by XD round 1, etc.
Sunday: All semi finals and finals, GD rounds 4-5. Coaches exhibition match
***Consolation games will be scheduled where possible. The exact order of play may not be followed; it is the responsibility of each individual player to be present when their game is called. Advance notice will be given when possible.***
Each player will be given one raffle ticket per event registration. Prizes will be drawn at the conclusion of the tournament.

Main draw winner: +4
Main draw 2nd place: +3
Main draw 3rd place: +2
Main draw 4th place: +1
Volunteer: +2 per role
Best rally of the tournament: +10 (to each player involved)
