The annual Lake George Summer Fun Run will be held Friday, July 12, Saturday July 13 and Sunday July 14, 2024, in Lake George, NY
This year’s tour will visit some of the best of the “High Peaks” country of the Adirondack Mountains. The twisty roads will be something you will remember for a long time, the scenery second to none. A lunch stop at the iconic Adirondack Hotel/Restaurant in Long Lake, NY will cap off the morning’s drive. After lunch we head back to Lake George and end with a drive to the top of Prospect Mountain to take in the 100-mile panoramic views of Lake George and the surrounding valleys and mountains. This Drive is worth the trip to Lake George alone!
For those arriving Friday or local Cobra owners who wish to join us we will have an informal cocktail hour and dinner at the Fort William Henry resort main dining room begining at 5:30, meeting in the bar area.
On Saturday morning we'll meet at the parking lot of the Fort William Henry Resort at 9:30 for a short drivers meeting. The tour will depart at precisely 10:00 AM.

Our Saturday Lunch stop is going to be at a historic Northwoods Inn and Restaurant situated on the shores of Long Lake, NY. Home - The Adirondack Hotel on Long Lake
They have graciously offered us the use of their main dining area for our lunch. A Lunch Buffet will be provided at a cost of $34 per person, including taxes and tips. A Cash Bar will be available. The Buffet will have Pizza, Wings, assorted Sandwich Platters and Salad with dressings. Having a Buffet lunch will ensure we can all sit together and be served in a timely manner.

On Sunday, for those interested, we'll take a drive 30 miles south to Saratoga Springs, NY and visit the Saratoga Auto Museum. The featured exhibit will be the cars of Enzo Ferrari. If you're into horse racing, the renowned Saratoga Race Track will open July 11th this year with live racing Wednesday through Sunday of the opening weekend.
The headquarters hotel for this event is the Fort William Henry Resort in Lake George, NY. The resort has offered an attractive rate of $259 for a premium room and $399 for Grand Hotel rooms. These rooms will sell out very fast so I would recommend booking a room as soon as possible to take advantage of these rates.
