We will be taking pictures of the event so we can put them in the report and we will post some on the website. Let us know if this is a problem.
Speakers should please stay strictly on time to allow time for questions and discussion.
Speakers please bring their presentation on a USB stick in case of projector or laptop problems.
Talks may be recorded and shared with speaker consent.
Speakers should use either presentation or physical laser to allow pointing to be recorded.
To maximize opportunity for networking, instead of hosting short talks from participants interested in a presentation, we offer the opportunity to present your poster or demo in 1 slide in 1 minute at the end of the morning session, just before the poster/demo session and lunch.
All participants who submitted a poster or demo or offer of a short talk will be shared a public google slide deck prepopulated with their title and creators.
Participants should fill in their poster slide and will have maximum one minute (strictly enforced) to present their slide introducing the concept of their poster to the audience.
Posters should use portrait A0 format: 118.9 cm in height and 84.1 cm in width.
Poster boards will be available on spot and poster boards will be numbered with your poster number.
Authors are responsible for poster setup and removal.
We will supply half of one long table and a power strip for each demo (no posterboard). Please specify if more space or special requirements are needed and we will try to accommodate. Each table will be numbered for your demo as in the program.
The volunteer helpers and organizers will meet at 8:00 in the INI foyer. We will arrange the posters/desks, make sure that a label is given to each poster so that the presenters know where to put their poster, also tables for demos with power.
Volunteers will help clean up the dishes etc from the mensa so that they can be picked up easily by the mensa either late Friday or Monday.
