TRIP SUMMARY
Arrival at the Domaine les Crayeres Hotel. A Fantastic 5-star Chateau-hotel in Reims, the capital of the Champagne region. The best way to start a European tour!
Private visit to the Taittinger Champagne cellars. Cocktail and dinner at the hotel.
After a great drive in the Champagne and Burgundy regions, the tour will stop at Fontenay Abbey, the oldest Cistercian Abbey in the world, for a group visit.
The next overnight stop will be at the 5-star Hotel Le Cep, in the small Burgundy village of Beaune, where dinner will take place.
Annecy is known for the beauty of its landscapes, but also for the quality of the lake water, thanks to the conservation efforts for over 50 years, making it the purest lake in Europe. This pure, clear water escapes from the lake, and flows into the channels that run in the "old town" (historic center of Annecy), which gives it its picturesque nickname of "Venice of the Alps".
On route to Annecy your tulip notes will guide you through the amazing scenery of the Burgundy vineyards and the Jura Mountains.
The selected Hotel in Annecy is the 5-star Palace de Menthon, overlooking the lake, where the tour will stay for two nights. Dinner will be in the restaurant of the hotel.
A private visit to the beautiful Chateau du Menthon will take place in the morning. This amazing property has been in the hands of the same family for 1000 years and is one of the architectural jewels of Savoy.
The afternoon will be free for the travellers to enjoy Annecy and its lake.
Back on the road, today’s route will be across mountain passes and green valleys, arriving at the village of Mane, at the heart of the Provence department. Too many beautiful spots to list… you will not be disappointed with today's drive.
The stay for the next two nights will be at the 5-star Hotel Couvent des Minimes and tonight, dinner will take place at the hotel.
A great drive on stunning back roads including the gorges du Verdon will be on todays recommended itinerary, but after so much driving you might consider staying at the hotel.
The Occitan SPA option sounds relaxing…
Stay and dinner will be again al the 5-star Hotel Couvent des Minimes.
La Bonette, Bollene-Vesubie or Col de Turini might sound familiar to you if you are into Rallies.
These are some of the most famous stages of the Monte Carlo Rally, and are on today´s itinerary before arriving to Monaco. A gorgeous drive that will stay forever on your “best roads list”.
The stay in Monaco will be at the 5-star Hermitage Hotel.
Today, the Midi Terrace at the Hotel Hermitage has been reserved for the group. Stunning views over Monaco harbour, first corner and Beau Rivage straight. Open bar fine wines and a buffet lunch.
From here you will enjoy the track action at its best.
The evening will be free.
Watching the best classic cars racing on the world’s most famous street circuit is not something you do every day, so it was thought that only the best VIP venue was an option.
Today, large first floor balconies with adjoining luxury suites overlooking Casino Square, have been reserved at the Hotel de Paris.
Guests will have complimentary access to the garden terrace. Superb buffet luncheon prepared by the celebrated Hotel de Paris kitchens and an open bar of champagne.
Tonight, a farewell dinner will take place at the hotel or a nearby restaurant.
