美國馬鈴薯蔬食大賽 競賽規則刪除澱粉限制
Potatoes USA Master Competition ， competition guide update as below.
每盤呈現皆為一人份使用，烹調型式不拘，並配以適當醬汁、澱粉及配菜。
Each serving is for one person. The cooking style is not constrained and can be paired with appropriate sauce, starch and vegetables.
