In this project, we focus to develop a superficial and highly efficient solvothermal synthesis method for the synthesis of UiO-66-NH2@MIL-88B a novel metal-organic frameworks for the detection of infertility. This material can be biointerfaced through -COOH bond and -NH2 bond with Ab-AMH (antibody-anti-Mullerian hormone) to afford of UiO-66-NH2@MIL-88B-/Ab-AMH bioelectrodes. Analytical executions of the constructed bioelectrodes will be investigated for the quantitative analysis of AMH in both buffered and serum media. Then, the electrochemical studies will be carried out using the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method by monitoring changes concerning the charge transfer resistance (Rct) characteristics. The limit of detection (LOD) of the UiO-66-NH2@MIL-88B/Ab-AMH immunosensor, selectivity, and reproducibility will be analyzed. This kind of immunosensor imparts a new platform for the construction and application of MOF-on-MOF electrode for AMH sensing for the first time.
