Materials and Methods:

Bacterial cells were air-dried and immobilized on mica. The image was formed by Atomic Force Microscope (AFM).

Description:

A single bacterial cell surrounded by salt crystal which was actually an experimental problem for detection. Although the data can not be used, it is still beautiful~
