Materials and Methods:

Immuno-histochemistry of 20 microns thick mice spinal cord section. Isl1 and Scip: Motor neuron population; FoxP1: LMC motor neuron population marker.

Description:

One day of microscopy saw my primary experiment failing leading me no option other than to abort it. But I had a few unrelated slides to be imaged. And guess what: Got surprised to see a wise owl popping out on the screen of the mighty LSM 780 telling me to not worry and keep trying! Somedays are good...somedays don't turn out as planned. But it is not the end! Keep your eyes and mind open and enjoy existing.
