Eligibility Requirements:
Must be 17-21 years of age and have earned a high school diploma or GED at the start of the program
Possess maturity to participate in a university program with an intense academic and residential experience
Meet one of the following admission requirements:
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.6 (4.0 scale) in high school courses
Minimum composite ACT of 18 or above (SAT score of 970 or above)
Rank in the top 60% of high school graduating class

Description
The Indian University of North America is a college that partners with Black Hills State University and South Dakota State University. During the summer months, we have a 7th Gen. Summer Program to work with high schools students getting them ready for college. During the 8 week program the students take 12 college credit hours and they do a internship of 20 hours per week.

Proof of membership in a federally recognized tribe (Preference is extended to enrolled members of federally recognized tribes, however, the university is open to all qualified students)
Telephone interview scheduled by the 7TH GEN® Summer Program (Contingent on receipt of all required materials)
