How Is The School Involved With The Local Native Community?
To build community connections, NDSU collaborates in the planning and execution of the 31st Annual Woodland High Plains Powwow alongside other universities in the Fargo-Moorhead area. We attend graduation ceremonies for local indigenous high school graduates hosted by Fargo Indian Education Program. Additionally, we host Indigenous Peoples Day events on NDSU campus and participate in events held in the larger community.
