Hootenanny Haven is the site of the Thomas Maupin Old-Time Dance and Music Festival. A large old-timey stage has been constructed especially for the festival, supported by cedars cleared from the festival grounds. A special thanks to Jay Milam for his help and expertise in clearing the grounds, setting poles, and constructing the stage and to White's Welding for erecting the steel roof.
