Abstract
During the epidemic, a large number of confirmed or similar cases flooded into medical institutions. Whether the manpower and medical resources are sufficient to deal with this sudden number of patients, all the nursing procedures and operating standards need to be changed, the diversion of patients, the division of labor among medical colleagues, etc., Ethical issues related to medical care have also come to the surface, especially the visitation rights of family members of terminally ill patients, nursing staff's fear of bringing the virus to their family members, their fear of being diagnosed with themselves, their family members and colleagues, the quality of care and urgent medical needs are all severely affected.
