Workshop in Harmonic Analysis, Sampling Theory, Machine Learning, and Data Science

The goal of this workshop is to promote the interaction between researchers in Harmonic Analysis and Sampling theory with those in Data science and Machine Intelligence, in particular with applications to signal and image processing. We want to allow researchers and Ph.D. students to explore cross-disciplinary relations.

We expect that these interactions allow for a better understanding of recent developments in data science and help to produce new mathematical methods and tools to solve open problems. There will be introductory courses and plenary talks from both areas.
