A Google Site like this one is probably all you need. You can:

• post announcements and information
• host documents
• post photos
• schedules
• maps
• etc

Photos

This is an example of embedding a Google Photos album on the site. This would probably be the best way to share photos:

1. One person create an album in Google Photos
2. That person shares the album with everyone else
3. Whoever creates and shares the album just needs to remember to modify the settings of the album so that others can add their own photos

Then everyone can simply add their photos to the album, and then everyone will have everyone else's photos.
