Welcome to 2019IEEE/SITIM. 2019 IEEE/SITIM servers as a forum for those who are interested in Social Implications of Technologies and Information and Management (SITIM). The main topic includes Information and Management, Management and Technology, Business Ethics, Information Ethics, Technology Development, Digital Divide, Blockchain Technologies, Business and Blockchain Applications. SITIM aims to be an active platform to exchange new ideas and looking into future research topics.
All accepted conference papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore for publication provided that they are actually presented in the conference by one of the authors through "real" presence (i.e. electronic means are not considered as "real" presence).

- Full Paper submission is invited. - Describing about such topics but not limited as the "Social Implications of Technology and Information Management", "development of blockchain technologies", "applications of blockchain technologies", "business applications of blockchain technologies", "ethical issues relating to blockchain" -
- Page limitation of Abstract -- Although Full Paper submission is highly recommended for the inclusion of the presentation, Abstract submission for reviewing purpose only is accepted. Abstract should be more than 4 pages of IEEE/Conference format, clearly stating the relevance of the research topics and methodologies used.
- Page limitations of Full paper -- Please consider the length of the Full Paper not exceeding pages when notified with acceptance.
