Greeven-Allen LSR enjoyed huge help from students in the Oregon State University Land Speed Racing club. This includes an aerodynamic rear-wheel disc designed, built, and tested by OSU mechanical engineering students as their Capstone senior project. Many other students were with us "on the salt" as crew members.

We had big help from College of Engineering – Oregon State University Capstone students including: the rear wheel aero disc, process formalization, a database for 20 channels of recordings from 4 logging devices, the pitot tube mount, endless ideas and spirit, as well as work as part of the race crew.

I was thrilled to be an engineering mentor and crew member for Oregon State University College of Engineering's student team. In August, 2024, we set a world record in the 50 cc MPS-F class at the Bonneville Salt Flats, in Utah, USA.
