Many of our leaders have served in other units, beginning as regular members before taking on leadership roles. Those experiences taught us valuable lessons about what creates a strong community—and what can tear one apart.

We took the best ideas, learned from the mistakes, and built a platoon where members are respected, leaders are approachable, and everyone has a voice.

Our goal is simple:
