Thank you for using Offline Music Player.

The App is a local music player. Import audio you already have, organize it, and listen without an internet connection. There is no account to create and no catalog to browse. Full access requires Offline Music Pro.

2. Getting Started

1. Open Offline Music Player.

2. Complete the short onboarding screens. No permission prompt appears until you choose to import.

3. Tap Get Started. If you are not Pro, the Offline Music Pro paywall opens.

4. Purchase Weekly, Yearly, or Lifetime, or Restore Purchases. If you close the paywall without Pro, onboarding stays on screen.

5. After Pro is unlocked, on Home tap Import Music.

6. Choose From Files or From Photos.

7. Select your media.

8. When import finishes, open Library and tap a track to play.

3. Import from Files

Use this when you already have audio files in Files, On My iPhone / iPad, iCloud Drive, or another location the system picker can open.

Supported types (when iOS can play them): MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, AIFF, CAF, FLAC.

Tips:

• Select only files you have the right to use.

• If a file is in iCloud and not downloaded, wait until it is available on the device, then import again.

• Duplicate handling can skip files already in your library, or import them anyway. Change this in Settings → Import.

4. Import from Photos

Use this to extract audio from videos you select.

1. Choose From Photos.

2. Pick one or more videos.

3. The App extracts audio on the device and adds it to your library.

If a video has no usable audio track, that item will fail with a clear message. The rest of the import can still succeed.

5. Playback

• Tap a song in Library, a playlist, or Home.

• Use the mini player at the bottom, or open Now Playing for full controls.

• Queue, shuffle, and repeat are available from Now Playing.

• Previous restarts the current track after the first few seconds; otherwise it moves to the previous track.

• Sleep timer is available from Settings / Now Playing controls as implemented in the App.

• Resume Playback (Settings) restores the last queue when the App launches. Playback stays paused until you press Play.

Background playback, Lock Screen, Control Center, and AirPlay use standard iOS audio behavior. Connect headphones or a speaker, then use system media controls as usual.

6. Library, Playlists, and Folders

• Browse songs, albums, artists, and folders.

• Search and sort from Library.

• Create playlists in the Playlists tab and add songs.

• Favorites is a smart playlist of tracks you mark as favorite.

• You can rename display metadata in the App index. Original imported files are not rewritten on disk.

7. Storage

Open Settings → Storage to see:

• Music storage used

• Artwork cache used

• Temporary files used

You can clear artwork cache or clear the entire library. Clearing the library permanently deletes imported audio, playlists, and artwork stored by the App on that device. This cannot be undone by us.

8. Privacy in the App

Settings includes a short privacy explanation. Open Privacy Policy from Settings, and from Privacy / Terms on the paywall. Your library is not uploaded. There is no tracking and no advertising. Purchases use Apple In-App Purchase.

9. Common Issues

A file will not import

Confirm the format is supported, the file is fully available on the device, and you have enough free storage. Try a different file to isolate the problem.

A Photos video imports with no sound

The video may not contain an audio track the system can export. Try another video.

Playback will not start

Check Silent Mode / volume, disconnect and reconnect headphones, and confirm the file still exists. If you moved or deleted the original outside the App after a failed copy, re-import.

iCloud file unavailable

Open the Files app, download the item, then import again.

Library looks empty after reinstall

The library lives inside the App container. Reinstalling starts a new empty library unless you imported again or kept copies in Files.

Sound stops when the screen locks

Background audio should remain active. If it does not, check iOS Focus modes, Low Power Mode, and that another app is not taking over the audio session.

Wrong title or artwork

Metadata comes from the file. You can correct display information in the App; the original file is not rewritten.

Paywall will not load plans

Connect to the internet. Products must be available in App Store Connect. Try Restore if you already purchased.

I was charged more than once

Subscriptions auto-renew. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are requested through Apple.

I already paid but the app shows onboarding

Tap Get Started → Restore on the paywall footer. Use the same Apple ID that purchased Pro.

10. What We Do Not Support

• Downloading copyrighted music from the internet

• Streaming catalogs or account-based music services

• Cloud library sync between devices

• Equalizer, crossfade, or synced lyrics

• Restoring a library we do not store on a server

11. Accessibility

The App supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels for primary controls, Light Mode, Dark Mode, and iPhone and iPad layouts, including landscape.

We cannot help you obtain music you do not already have the right to use.
