Location description
Location description
The Camp will be organised near Dryanovo Town , Central Bulgaria. Dryanovo Town is 213 km away from the national capital Sofia and Sofia Airport. The strategic location of Vratsa is determined by the major rail and road corridors. Dryanovo connects to the villages and city within the region and throughout the country by bus and railway transport. There are regular bus lines to Sofia, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo. Dryanovo is an important railway station along the railway route .

The Camp Site will be located 16 km form the town in the famous Touristic Area “Dryanovo Monastery”. In the area there are few places for accommodation of different categories . The Center of the event should be ”Bacho Kiro Hut” – about 200 m from the Camping „Strinava”! Restaurant with capacity of 60 persons is located in the Hut. Some other places in the area are available in radius of about 0.5 km.

At the Ваcho Kiro Hut there are space place for poster presentations and photo exhibition of the best works of Balkan photo contest „We and Caves“ . Places for the stands will be available in the hut building as well. In the vicinity of the Hut a conference room will be available for the Bureau and General Assembly meeting of the BSU .

Important, payment will be made on site. The provisional entrance fee will be 40 Eur. The entrance fee includes access and guide to the caves, t-shirt, closing party, guide book of the caves available for visiting, free of charge visit of the show cave Bacho Kiro , certificate for attendance, sticker etc.

Official language of the event will be English and, as an alternative, a combination of South-Slavic languages. We expect that most of the participants will understand and speak English. No official translations will be provided.
