• 1 January 2026 - Deadline for presentation proposals

• 1 May 2026 - Invitation to presenters and announcement of provisional conference schedule

The organising committee invites proposals from school teachers of chemistry, school science technicians, academics, and educational professionals from the UK and overseas, in line with the themes of the conference, for the following types of presentation:

• Talks in a lecture theatre (20 mins)

• Demonstration talks in a laboratory (20 mins)

• Laboratory workshops (60 mins)

• Exhibitions in a laboratory*

• Posters (A1 size - 594 × 841 mm)

To submit a proposal, you will need to complete the form below, submitting a description of your proposed presentation in no more than 500 words, not including links and references.  All proposals should be accompanied by one image, which could be a diagram or a photograph.  

Please note that any proposals involving a practical element will be reviewed for safety by CLEAPSS.  Workshops in a laboratory will be limited to a maximum of 24 attendees.
