I’m Elena, a certified yoga instructor dedicated to making movement accessible for every body. Join us for breath-led Vinyasa and restorative practices in our calm, light-filled studio.
Namaste. I founded Still Waters with a simple belief: you don't need to be flexible to do yoga; you just need to be willing to breathe. After 10 years in the corporate world, I found yoga was the only thing that quieted my mind. Now, I help others find that same sense of peace, strength, and resilience through mindful movement.
I am a 500-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certified in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga. My training includes specialised modules in anatomy and injury management, ensuring that every class is safe and adaptable. Whether you are recovering from an injury or stepping onto the mat for the first time, you are in safe, experienced hands.
We offer a balanced mix of energizing flows and calming restorative sessions. There is a pace and a space for everyone.
A 6-week foundational course breaking down the poses, alignment, and breathing techniques. Zero pressure, zero judgement.
An energizing Vinyasa class linking breath with movement. The perfect way to wake up the body and clear the mind for the day ahead.
Tailored sessions in your home or the studio. Ideal for working with specific injuries, pregnancy, or deepening your personal practice.
A slow, deep practice held in low light. We hold floor-based poses for longer periods to release deep tension in the fascia and joints.
Yoga studios can sometimes feel exclusive. Still Waters is different. We focus on how the pose feels, not how it looks on Instagram.
I offer modifications for every pose using blocks and straps. If you can breathe, you can do this yoga. All ages and bodies welcome.
I cap classes at 10 students. This ensures I can give everyone personal attention and adjustments to keep you safe.
We are more than a class; we are a community. Stay for herbal tea and a chat after our Saturday morning sessions.
Stepping into a new studio takes courage. I’ve made the process as simple and welcoming as possible.
New to the studio? Grab our "3 Classes for £30" introductory pass to try different styles and see what suits you.
Use our simple Google Calendar integration to reserve your mat. You can book up to 15 minutes before class starts.
Arrive 10 minutes early. We have mats, props, and changing areas ready for you. Just bring comfortable clothes.
Consistent practice is key. We’ll help you build a routine that fits your lifestyle, not one that adds to your stress.
Our students range from marathon runners to retirees. Here is what they have to say about their practice at Still Waters.
