Welcome to Clear Minds. Taking the first step towards therapy takes courage, but you don't have to carry the weight of your thoughts alone. I am an integrative counsellor, which means I adapt my approach to suit you—not the other way around. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply not like yourself, I offer a non-judgmental, confidential space where you can be heard, understood, and supported in making the changes you wish to see.
I am a Registered Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and adhere strictly to their Ethical Framework. With over 10 years of experience in private practice and the NHS, I have supported hundreds of individuals through difficult times. My training includes Person-Centred Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), and Attachment Theory, allowing me to work safely with trauma, anxiety, and relationship issues.

Everything we discuss is strictly confidential. My practice is a judgment-free zone where you can bring your true self, messy emotions and all.
We are all unique. I don't use a "one size fits all" manual. We might use creative tools, talking therapy, or mindfulness depending on what you need that day.
There is no pressure to "get better" quickly. We go at a speed that feels safe for you. Some clients come for 6 weeks, others for 6 months.

An initial assessment session (50 mins) where we explore your history and what you hope to achieve from therapy.
We usually meet weekly at the same time. This consistency helps build the trust needed for deep work.
We regularly review our progress to ensure you are getting what you need, working towards a natural and planned ending when you feel ready.
