Wired or Wireless Connection setting up on onetwothree.hp.com printer
Step 1: Connect a printer to your network
Wi-Fi printer
Make sure your onetwothree.hp.com printer is on and within range of your Wi-Fi network setup.
Most printers will have an LCD screen that lists the available WiFi networks
Press the Home button on the touchscreen, then press and hold the Wi-Fi button.
Press the LAN Wireless setup button, then press OK.
Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter your password, then press OK.
The Power and Wi-Fi lights will stop flashing once you’re connected.
Network-capable wired printer
If your onetwothree.hp.com printer is powered on to setup, turn it off before proceeding.
Look on the back of the printer for a wired network port.
Connect the other end of the network cable to an available wired network port on your network router.
Turn the printer on and wait several minutes for it to cycle through its start-up process and to connect to the network.
Step 2: Install and Setup printer driver
Turn on the computer, and then insert the CD that came with the printer.
After that, go to my computer icon, and double-click the CD drive.

Follow the installation wizard, and once completed, your software is installed.
Step 3: Add a printer to your device
On Windows
Turn on your onetwothree.hp.com printer and make sure it is connected to the network setup.
Open the Start menu, Type Control Panel, and then hit enter.
Click the “View devices and printers” under the Hardware and sound heading.
Click the Add a printer in the menu bar at the top.
If detected, select the printer and click Next.
If the printer is not listed, click The printer that I want isn’t listed, and follow the onscreen instruction.
On Mac
Click the Apple icon to open the Apple menu.
In the Apple menu, click System Preferences.
Then, click the Printers & Scanners icon.
Click the + symbol in the lower-left section of the window.
If detected, select the printer and click add button.
