Health and Fitness Data.
Because 110 Fitness is a fitness application, we collect and process health-related information to provide our services. This may include:
- Fitness performance data (e.g., reps, sets, duration, intensity)
- Body metrics you voluntarily enter (e.g., weight, age, fitness goals)
- Progress and leaderboard data
This health and fitness data is used solely to provide and improve the app's services, personalize your experience, display leaderboard
rankings, and track your fitness progress. We do not sell your health data or use it for advertising purposes. Health data is processed in
accordance with applicable law and shared only with service providers necessary to operate the app (e.g., cloud hosting), who are
contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.
Log Data
Whenever you use our service, in any case of error in the app, data is collected and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing my Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
The Use of Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. This app uses 3rd party applications like google analytics which might use your IP address in order to capture reporting for the Website regarding usage. In order to track the user usage google analytics or any other 3rd party api will place a cookie on your browse for usage.
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Apps, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the Apps.
If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. We retain your account and profile data (including health and fitness data) for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it longer to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
Log data and analytics data are typically retained for 12 months and then deleted or anonymised.
In Short: You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data, including your profile information, health and fitness data, workout history, and any other data we hold about you.

We will process your request and permanently delete your data within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Please note that certain data may be retained beyond this period only where required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax/legal compliance), after which it will be permanently deleted.
Deleting your account will immediately revoke access to the app and all its features. Active subscriptions must be separately cancelled through the App Store or Google Play Store before requesting account deletion to avoid further charges.
In Short: Yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
