Nostalgia never tasted so good.
Because whether it’s 10:30 AM or 10:30 PM, it’s snack time.
10:30 Throwbacks
The "Invisible" Candy Bar many 1970s kids still remember today.
As a kid in the 1970s, the 10:30 Candy Bar was the only treat I ever wanted. Its creamy white coating, light crunch, and little red stripes made it unforgettable. Then, almost overnight, it disappeared. The original 10:30 bar from Schrafft’s Candy Company was gone, leaving people like me wondering if we’d ever taste it again.
For decades, people searched for the recipe, wrapper photos, or any real trace of it. Forums, blogs, and Facebook groups were filled with the same question: “Does anyone else remember the 10:30 bar?” It became one of those lost candy bars people never quite forgot.
After years of searching myself, I decided to recreate the experience. The result is the 10:30 Throwback Bar — a small-batch revival made for people who remember the original and for younger generations who never got the chance to try it.

The Sweet Little Sister of the 10:30 Throwback Candy Bars
Because some indulgences are too delicious to keep secret. These handcrafted coconut pull-apart slabs are made in small batches with golden toasted coconut and a freehand drizzle of semisweet chocolate. Chewy, golden brown, and delightfully imperfect, no two look the same.
Inspired by the flavor of Samoa Girl Scout cookies, there are no molds, no mass production... just rustic, old-fashioned handmade sweetness.
Each package contains 6 oz (170 g) of Coconut Confessions™ in a food-safe resealable bag, tucked inside a protective cardboard box. Sold by weight, not piece count. Your package may contain a larger slab, several irregular pieces, or a combination. Pieces may separate during shipping; an intact slab is not guaranteed.
Perfect for coconut and chocolate lovers — give one as a gift, keep it all to yourself, or set it out and let everyone break off a piece.

I’m Dr. Mozelle Martin. Most of my professional life has been spent in analytical and investigative work. My mother was a chef and my grandmother owned a bakery. I don’t particularly enjoy cooking, but I have always loved to bake.
The 10:30 Candy Bar from the 1970s was the one treat I never forgot. After a year of testing and reworking batches in my non-smoking home kitchen, I created the 10:30 Throwback Candy Bar as a careful revival of what made the original so memorable to me: the creamy coating, the subtle crunch, and the nostalgic sweetness people still remember decades later.
I’ve heard that different parts of the country remember different flavors - cinnamon and peanut butter are two that come up often. In my part of the country, those versions did not exist. The flavor I recreated is the only one I knew.
This is not a factory replica of the original Schrafft’s bar. The wrapper, like the bar itself, was recreated from childhood memory in a modernized retro design. That candy vanished long ago, and no complete recipe or clear packaging ever resurfaced. What I set out to preserve was the experience of the bite and the tasty memory it left behind.
If you remember the 10:30 Bar, I hope this version takes you back. If you’ve never had it before, welcome to a flavor that meant a great deal to many of us.
My love of creating sweets didn’t stop there. I’ve also always enjoyed Samoa Girl Scout Cookies. Since those aren’t always available, I created something of my own: Coconut Confession — the sweet little sister of the 10:30 Throwback Candy Bars. A handmade, delightfully imperfect, pull-apart slab that is available year-round.
