Activate rainbow lights for certain textures in the rooms exits and basement.

After completing the secret room minigame, leave on the train and get OoB. Float near the secret room and try to dip into the inbounds area without falling back inbounds. The goal is to activate the spinning bumper while remaining OoB, so that you can take that state with you to other rooms.
