Water is the main source of survival and the key to feeding your brain.
Now the main point I want to bring up is mental health and physical health.
Mental health comes first , just like the geniuses of the planet and group of the wealthiest.
How to keep your mental health at optimal levels
1. Get good sleep , setup a schedule or work and crash hard
2. value your hours awake and be grateful for life
3. progress towards a goal even if one step at a time
4. get a interest, obsession, addiction and use it wisely
5. be kind to others but also enforce your life to expand
6. always be aware of how to use money in your life
7. think about ways that you could improve your life
8. hang out with others when wasting time is better for you
9. believe you can become good or skillfull at one thing
10. All of your life beliefs pushing you towards accepting death.
Once you feel , you have accomplished enough , you will feel better about death , and getting closer to your next life in the afterlife.

Now we will talk about physical health and nutritional levels.
However I myself like to workout , a daily regimen and intensity like a gym session weekly.
Teaching the body to master dealing with gravity and peoples forces helps your journey in life
unless your mental force and abilities are good enough that you prefer to handle life differently.
People need protein , a lot of it , so I advise centering your meals around the building blocks.
Vitamins help you , but to actually be full you need carbs and proteins and produce nutrition.
For example if your hungry, think of the eggs or meat and fish you will use in your meal
then go ahead and think about what to add like rice and beans or mashed potatoes
and after what vegetables and fruits will be added and if your using seasoning.
teaching the mind and body to enjoy the food , makes it so you feel better about nutrition
about what your putting in your body for energy , and giving you another sense of the day.
Now remember you can put any calories in your body , its still useful energy, its how you burn it,
if you want to eat a whole box of pizza , the only thing that matters is how will you burn calories.
And remember exercising and working out all have different goals like someone who just wants to look and feel better , or a olympic eater who wants to run a lot to burn calories and between someone doing yoga and others just doing sports for the activity and mastery of the action.
And if your planning on using your body in mastery like sports , fighting , and motion mastery
you should learn how to treat your body well , like a sleeping method , exercise regimins
make sure your increasing the intensity on workout sessions , but also aware of recovery times
the recovery process can be painfull or require much patient while waiting for your body to improve that's why its important to be committed to the lifestyle if your planning on mastering a sport.
You can test your skills in practice then aim to increase the results slowly or fast based on your ability and desire to achieve the goal , if you want something you have to reflect it in your life
and enjoy training the skill to the point you wouldn't want to do anything else , if you have doubts
about yourself or your sport you need to work it out and start visualizing mentally how to get better in it and training your body on that skill in every part of your life otherwise you have to do something else , so take another skill and compare it to your previous sport and you will find out what you enjoy more , remember the most important advice is to make it part of you in your life.

And always remember to train your mind and bulking up can cost you mental training , use it to feel good or master it completely just be aware of the fact that we are limited by the energy in our bodies and even though we can push the limits we have to understand that mastery is key in anything so fit yourself for success and master the use of your energy.

For example , like adding oatmeal, milk powder , fruits , anything.
I also take a set of vitamins on a weekly basis , multi vitamin daily.
