Lowe's Retail Immersion Program
Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and Lowe’s Home Improvement are pleased to host Lowe’s Retail Immersion Program.
Lowe’s Retail Immersion Program will offer 30 HBCU students an immersive experience in and around Charlotte, NC. This program will focus on students in their sophomore year and will aim to expose them to the many opportunities at Lowes, which can further position them for consideration in internship opportunities.
The program will take place from March 22, 2023- March 24, 2023
The Lowes Immersion Program
This program is designated for current sophomores graduating in 2025. Selected scholars will travel and participate in a three-day immersion focusing on career exploration and professional development through the lens of Lowe’s.
Students will network directly with Lowes’s professionals and recruitment managers, who will provide an interactive experience leaving participants with a more profound sense of the company and its various opportunities.

Location: Charlotte, NC
(All Travel, Lodging, and Meal expenses are covered for all selected candidates)
Selected Scholars can benefit from the following:
Scholars will have the opportunity to network with Executives, Talent Professionals,
Business Resource Groups, HBCU Grads, and other organizational leaders.Gain exposure to future opportunities (Internships, Full-Time Roles) with Lowe’s Home
Improvement.Upon the conclusion of the immersion, students will receive a $3,500 scholarship.

Application Qualifications
Must be a current sophomore graduating in 2025
Must attend a Thurgood Marshall College Fund member school
Must have a minimum cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0
Must currently be pursuing a bachelor’s in one of the designated majors listed above
Must be available to travel and fully engage in the Lowe’s immersion program during the selected dates.
