1. What is the only accepted currency for payment?
   We accept Cash Only in EUR (Euros) or transfers via Revolut (Revtag).

2. Can I pay in Bulgarian Lev (BGN) or by card?
   No, we strictly accept Euros (EUR) for cash payments. We do not have a card terminal at the reception.

3. Are payments refundable?
   No. Once checked in, the payment is non-refundable, even if you decide to leave earlier.

4. Is there a security deposit?
   It depends. Digital access via our Telegram group is FREE (No deposit). However, if you want a physical key-chip, a 5€ deposit is required.

5. What is the "Full Pack" deposit?
   For 10€ (refundable), you get a physical key-chip, a private locker, and a personal towel for your entire stay.

6. When are deposits returned?
   Deposits are returned only during reception hours (09:00 – 22:00).

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
   Check-in: 14:00 – 22:00. Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

2. Is there a late check-in fee?
   Yes, arrivals after 22:00 are possible by request for an extra charge of 5€ per person.

3. How do I enter the building without a key?
   You will receive a link to our Telegram group on arrival. You can open the doors for free using the digital buttons in the group.

4. Is there an elevator in the building?
   No, there is no elevator. The hostel is located in a 3-story building.

5. What are the reception hours?
   09:00 to 22:00 daily.

1. Can I store my bags for free?
   Yes, on your arrival day from 09:00 and on your departure day until 22:00.

2. Is there a charge for overnight luggage?
   Yes, if you leave bags after 22:00 on your check-out day, the price is 3€ per item/night.

3. When must I empty my locker?
   By 11:00 AM on your check-out day. Unclaimed lockers will be opened by staff to make room for new guests.

   Yes, there is a fully equipped kitchen. Guests must wash their own dishes.
