Home Grown, Kings of Pop full album zip
Home Grown was a pop punk band from Orange County, California, that formed in 1994 and disbanded in 2005. They released three studio albums, the last of which was Kings of Pop in 2002. The album was their first and only release as a trio, after losing their second guitarist in 2000. It was also their first release with drummer Darren Reynolds, who joined the band in 2001.
Kings of Pop was produced by Steve Evetts and released by Drive-Thru Records, a label known for promoting pop punk bands such as New Found Glory, Fenix TX, and The Starting Line. The album featured 12 tracks, with three hidden tracks that appeared after the last song "Disaster". The album's title and cover art were a parody of the pop music industry and its obsession with fame and image. The album's lyrics dealt with topics such as love, breakups, friendship, and self-esteem, often with a sarcastic and humorous tone.
