This Privacy Policy explains how Torrent - Downloader & File Transfer (“we”, “the App”) handles information.

1. Overview

The App does not require account registration. Core download, file, and local transfer features work without creating a user profile with us.

2. Information Processed on Your Device

• Files you download, import, or receive are stored locally on your device (Documents and/or Caches, depending on feature).

• App preferences such as onboarding completion, appearance, purchase flags, and similar settings may be stored in UserDefaults / local storage.

• Local Wi‑Fi transfer uses an on-device local network service so nearby devices can send files to your device while Receive Files is enabled.

3. Purchases

In-App Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. The App may store product identifiers needed to unlock Pro features and support Restore Purchases.

4. Advertising and Consent

If you use the free version, the App may show ads via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and mediation partners.

Depending on your region and settings, you may see:

• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent forms;

• App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission requests.

Ad partners may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, coarse location derived from IP, device/app information, and interaction data to deliver, measure, and improve ads, subject to your consent choices and applicable law. Pro removes ads.

5. Permissions You May See

• Local Network — to receive files on the same Wi‑Fi network

• Tracking (ATT) — to show more relevant ads and measure advertising effectiveness when you allow it

• Photos / Files access via system pickers when you choose to import media or documents

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Advertising partners may receive data as described above when ads are enabled. Apple processes purchase transactions. We do not operate a custom account backend for this App.

7. Data Retention

Local files remain until you delete them or iOS removes cache under storage pressure. Purchase-related flags remain while needed for entitlement. You can delete the App to remove local App data from the device.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region).

9. International Users

Ad and purchase services may process data in other countries subject to their privacy practices and applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do.
