Video Downloader - Story Save provides tools to help you download and save videos and stories from various social media platforms and websites for personal, non-commercial use.

- Ownership: The App’s interface, features, and underlying technology are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purposes or to violate any local, state, or international laws.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interfere with the App's performance.
- Use the App to distribute malware or harmful content.

The App integrates third-party SDKs for advertising, attribution, and analytics (including but not limited to AppLovin MAX, Google AdMob, Adjust, Firebase, Meta, Mintegral, Pangle, Bigo, and Fyber).
- Your interaction with these third parties is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
- We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of advertisements displayed by these third-party providers.
6. App Permissions
To function correctly, the App may require access to your device’s Storage (Media/Files) and Network. By using the App, you consent to granting these permissions to enable video saving and web browsing functionalities.
7. Disclaimers
- "As Is" Basis: The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free or that it will support downloading from every website due to constant changes in third-party platform policies.
- No Warranty: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the App’s reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or content) arising from your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for operational reasons.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent changes. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is based, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
