Fun Day Terms & Conditions
Upon attending Fun Day and enroling your children in Victoria Playpark (VPP) classes before the designated date, parents will be eligible to receive a waiver for the Fun Day ticket:
1. This offer applies to new students only.
2. Each student will receive a HK$200 or HK$250 Fun Day ticket waiver once only.
3. HK$200 or HK$250 Fun Day ticket waiver will be directly deducted from the first full monthly tuition fees upon successful class enrolment with payment
on or before 15 January 2024.
4. Offer and enrolment is subject to availability of class timeslots.
5. The minimum enrolment period is two months.
6. Students can only enrol in the age-appropriate programme from 8 to 36 months.
7. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer / promotion / discount.
8. Once paid, the tuition fee is non-refundable in all circumstances, including withdrawal from the programme or cancellation of enrolment.
9. Victoria Playpark reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
Event Points to Note:
• No refund or exchange of tickets are allowed once booking is confirmed.
• Upon each ticket booking, you may choose from “two adults and one child” or “one adult and one child” ticket types.
• Child must be accompanied by parent at all times.
• A confirmation email must be presented upon check-in.
• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the activity starts.
• Please keep the environment clean, no eating and drinking is allowed.
• If participants are unwell, suffering from a fever or having symptoms of highly contagious virus, please seek medical attention and rest at home.
The centre will decide whether to provide ticket changes based on the following conditions:
1. Please email the doctor certificate to enquiryhc@victoriaplaypark.com.
2. Rebooking for once is allowed.
3. Based on the doctor’s certificate stated sick leave period, ticket could be rescheduled and used within 2 weeks of the original Fun Day event (either to 23 December
2023 in Wanchai (Harcourt House) Centre, or otherwise to other dates within 2 weeks in Tsim Sha Tsui (K11 MUSEA) Centre). No further extension will be allowed.
• For hygienic purpose, all participants should wear socks in the centre. Socks are available for sale at the front desk for $20 per pair.
• The centre may occasionally take photos of the participants engaged in activities. These pictures may be used in the parent’s newsletter, brochures or
website. Some of them may also be used for promotional purposes. If parents do not wish to have their child’s photograph used for these purposes, please
inform the centre in writing.
• Please peruse and follow the house rules of Victoria Playpark. Details are available or displayed on our website, Victoria Playpark reception and Park Area.
• Participants must use the Playpark facilities and equipment with care. If the facility is damaged or fails to operate properly due to improper use or vandalism by the
participant, the participant will be responsible for repair costs or reasonable compensation.
• When there is a tropical cyclone, heavy rain or thunderstorm, we will make the following arrangements:
*Rescheduling of activity will be arranged by the centre either to 23 December 2023 in Wanchai (Harcourt House) Centre, or otherwise to other dates within a month in Tsim Sha Tsui (K11 MUSEA) Centre. if the activity is cancelled because of adverse weather conditions. No refund can be made.
• Please peruse the relevant terms and conditions before booking our activities. Victoria Playpark reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at
any time without prior notice.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Victoria Playpark shall be final. If you have any enquiries, please contact us at (852) 2117 4218 or

Fun Day 條款及細則
參加是次Fun Day的家長，於指定日期前成功為幼兒報讀Victoria Playpark (VPP) 課程，可獲一次 Fun Day 門票豁免 *：
1. 此優惠只適用於新生。
2. 每位學生只可獲一次Fun Day 門票豁免（價值港幣200元或250元）。
3. 於2024年1月15日或之前成功報讀，所獲贈之港幣200元或250元Fun Day 門票豁免將直接從首月學費中扣除。
4. 報讀情況須視乎課堂時段之名額供應而定。
5. 最短報讀課程須為期兩個月。
6. 此優惠僅限報讀8 至 36 個月大的幼兒適齡課程。
7. 此優惠不能與其他優惠／促銷／折扣同時使用。
8. 一經付款，學費於任何情況下（包括退學或取消報讀）均不設退還。
9. 如有任何爭議，Victoria Playpark 保留最終決定權。
活動注意事項：
• 預訂成功後，門票將不設退款或更改。
• 每次購票可選擇「兩名成人及一名幼兒」或「一名成人及一名幼兒」之門票。
• 小孩必須全程由家長陪同。
• 入場前請出示有效之活動確認通知書登記。
• 請於活動前10至15分鐘到達。
• 請參與者保持環境整潔，不可於場地內進食。
• 如家長及小孩身體不適、發燒或出現某類傳染病的病徵時，請立刻求醫及在家休息，以避免高度傳染風險。本中心將根據以下情況決定是否提供門票更改：
1. 如申請改期，請與本中心聯絡及把證明文件電郵至 enquiryhc@victoriaplaypark.com 。
2. 門票只可更換一次。
3. 跟據醫生證明文件上之病假期，門票需於原定活動日之兩週內使用（於2023年12月23日於灣仔 (夏慤大廈) 學前發展中心；
或於其他日期之兩週內於尖沙咀 (K11 MUSEA) 學前發展中心），逾期作廢。
• 為確保衛生，所有參加者需穿著襪子方可進場，本中心亦提供襪子以供選購， 售價為每對$20。
• 本中心會為小孩拍攝一些活動照，以用於章程、網頁等，而部份亦會供本中心作宣傳之用。如家長不欲 貴子弟之相片被使用，必須以書面通知本中心。
• 所有參加者必須閱讀及同意遵守Victoria Playpark的場地守則，詳情可於本網頁、接待處和場內Park Area了解更多。
• 參與者必須小心使用場內設施，如因不正確使用或故意破壞而導致設施損壞或未能正常操作，參與者必須負責維修費用或作合理賠償。
• 當遇有熱帶氣旋、持續大雨及雷暴時，本中心將作下列安排：
*因惡劣天氣取消之活動，本中心將為家長在一個月內安排更改時間（至2023年12月23日於灣仔 (夏慤大廈) 學前發展中心；
或於其他日期之兩週內於尖沙咀 (K11 MUSEA) 學前發展中心）。恕不退款。
• 請於預訂門票前參閱有關條款及細則。Victoria Playpark可於任何時間修改本條款及細則，而毋須事先通知。
