Through shared experiences, personal reflection, and evidence-based practices, we will explore mindful parenting, self-compassion strategies, values, and caregiver connections to reduce overall parenting stress.

About the Instructors
Shonnet Brand, MA, BCBA, LBA
Shonnet has 20 years of experience with caregivers. As VIA's Outpatient Clinical Director, she has spearheaded parent training research and advocated for compassionate care for caregivers and staff.
Tonya Delp, Ph.D., LCP, BCBA-D, LBA
Tonya is a licensed clinical psychologist and has provided support to VIA families over the past 4 years. She has a specific interest in supporting parents and caregivers of children with various diagnoses.
